Food always cold except Australia 🇦🇺 were its hot and tasty the only thing hot at oldbury is the heater in the toilets big mac cold double cheese burger cold breakfast medium cold customer service very slow especially evening s hence I only order hot drinks now keep your burgers and limp fries

Cut me off twice i got a puncture on phone over 40 mins as saying my vehicle not taxed they wanted the earth to prove it basically calling me a liar when you in middle nowhere I said I show the driver when he gets here no they won't have that they want pictures email etc etc etc I just renewed I be going elsewhere avoid like the plague useless company a disgrace bet if I was female then they be out in a flash been here over hour at 4c update the guy who cone out was sound and sorted very quick pity the office staff not as efficient cheers mate 5 stars for you deserve a pay rise 👍

Had my bike stolen 4 weeks ago still no pay out its my fault it was stolen there telling me because the law let's them say that !!!!!! MY FAULT MY FAULT i lock it alarmed it and disk locked it which i always do no matter where i leave it and re insuring will cost 1000 never had a claim my policy was 125 pounds fully comp they don't tell you that you have to.be investigated for fraud by a company called exam works a third party company for 20 mins to explain what you've told the police the police who are the law !!!! even though I rang police 6 times 4 mins after being stolen who gave me a crime number and said they would look out for the bike but were busy so may be 7 days or longer !! also have been checked cc TV from premises and spoken to people to check if they saw anything they treat you like the criminal I'm going to the insurance ombudsman now and the police as there committed fraud to me and many others on here taking your money then giving you the run around and excuses not to pay you out be warned do not USE!!!!!!

Total waste of space there I phone 6 has manufactured faults in its hardware apple will not admit too 6 pluses are being replaced but 6 isn't shame on a company who I feel are shafting all off us by selling a phone unfit for purpose apple you misold me your trust and faith a disgrace

Terrible customer service took on average over 1 1/2 hours to get through also didn't sort out car still waiting after 7 weeks to have repair absolutely disgraceful the way the talk to you on phone they don't know that your the customer they talk over you they don't listen to a word you say make nothing but mistakes use third party assessor s also use third party rentals they are totally useless even my insurance said they are so bad they don't even bother ringing them anymore they just email or write I think I've said enough avoid like the plague
