Do not use

Terrible customer service took on average over 1 1/2 hours to get through also didn't sort out car still waiting after 7 weeks to have repair absolutely disgraceful the way the talk to you on phone they don't know that your the customer they talk over you they don't listen to a word you say make nothing but mistakes use third party assessor s also use third party rentals they are totally useless even my insurance said they are so bad they don't even bother ringing them anymore they just email or write I think I've said enough avoid like the plague
