Ordered on Thurs, arrived Sat morning and I'm in NI. Hoodie is a lovely fit and looks well.

Arrived in 48hrs. Updated on despatch. No probs here.

Ordered an item online at about 10am Mon. DHL handed it to me at 2pm on Tues. Tracking updated at every step. Fantastic service!

Item arrived this morning via 48hr Royal Mail. Perfect condition. No issues at all.

I wouldn't have bought my gear anywhere else but my most recent order has gone walkies at the delivery depot. Not the traders' fault but has spoiled any previous good experiences.
Update: bbguns4less sent me out a replacement for the item that was lost/stolen by Hermes. It arrived this morning and I'm delighted. Can't fault their customer service. They kept in touch with regular emails to let me know what was going on. Well done, bbg4l!!

Parcel was tracked as far as a local delivery depot. Then there was a delay. They told me the parcel was damaged. Then they said they couldn't locate it which means it's probably been nicked and they seem to be content to leave it at that. Avoid at all costs.
They have since asked me to send them details of the outer wrapping and what size and weight the parcel is. How the hell would I know?! I'm supposed to be the receiver but it looks like that's not going to happen.

I have to admit I was a right PITA when my bike didn't arrive within 6 days, bearing in mind I live in NI. Being the b***h I am I even opened a case with PayPal and Tweeks sent an email saying the bike was now despatched. 2 days later the bike arrived and in all my years of buying bikes, never did I receive one as well packaged. The bike is beautiful and was an absolute bargain with free postage as well!

I'm from Northern Ireland and the drivers on my route are first class. I came home yday evening to a parcel by the back door (as requested) and the driver had the sense and decency to put it in a plastic bag. It's the attention to detail that makes the difference. Whatever they're being paid, it isn't enough.

I speak as I find and have to say I've never had a bother with Yodel. Maybe the drivers in NI are a bit more conscientious? I like the tracking system which gives the number of calls before you get yours. The driver had 111 calls before he got to me and God knows how many after. That's a long day to be on the road.

My first ever dealing with this company and I have to say I didn't have a problem of any sort. Kept me updated with my order and answered all my emails. To be perfectly honest I probably gave THEM more hassle!! I'll definitely be back! Oh, and if the fella on YouTube thinks the Barrett Light 50 isn't for girls, he's in for a shock!!
