I wouldn't have bought my gear anywhere else but my most recent order has gone walkies at the delivery depot. Not the traders' fault but has spoiled any previous good experiences.
Update: bbguns4less sent me out a replacement for the item that was lost/stolen by Hermes. It arrived this morning and I'm delighted. Can't fault their customer service. They kept in touch with regular emails to let me know what was going on. Well done, bbg4l!!
