This is the second time i have used Tyres on the drive. First time was perfect, this time was good. Only reason i say good is because they arrived just over an hour late. I booked a 4 hour slot at a small cost, but they missed the window. Not a huge problem but slightly annoying. I never had any call, text or email saying they were running late, would of been nice to be informed and some peace of mind for me that they were still going to come. I waited 30 minutes over my time slot then called the helpline. I was told the fitter had run into a problem with an earlier appointment so was running just over an hour late. These things happen but just a little text, call or email would of been great just to let me know of the delay. Another option that would be good would be a live update tracker on the website so you could see when and where your fitter is currently and estimated arrival time of your appointment. Tyres fitted with no issues and all went perfectly, friendly helpful fitter.
If 1 thing could be done better it would be let people know of any delays in appointments. I Still highly recommend Tyres on the Drive though, and will use again.
