Good chippings, good price. Let down by the delivery.
Had nothing at all about time or even coming that day. Messaged Gravel master who said it was due today, but no more info. At 13.30 eventually had tracking info from delivery company, but no useful info. Eventually turned up at 16:00.

Order arrived well packed and quickly (delivery was expensive though). All items arrived (didn't expect to receive 2 items in 1 box, did panic when I seen only 3 boxes on truck, ordered 6 items). Overall very happy.

Easy order process, good stock and decent prices. Delivery offered was quick but pricey.
Arrived as promised and well packed, kept up to date with delivery. Had a little panic when delivery arrived, was expecting 6 items/boxes but only 3 of the van. To my relief each box had 2 items in so all good. Would of been nice to of been told 6 items in 3 boxes so i didnt panic. But very happy overall.

Hate the fact delivery drivers think its ok just to ring or bang on door put parcel on door step and drive away without seeing if anyone opened door to get parcel. Apart from that they delivered on time, kept up to date with delivery and arrived in good condition.

Problem with courier losing or not showing as going to deliver, contacted TECC through chat online via website. They cancelled ordered and sent another order via different courier, received within 48 hours. Brilliant service & Customer support.

Used tyres on the drive a few times, have all gone really well. Kept up to date on my order/fitting slot. Very quick fitter and helpful. Recommend highly.

Searched a lot of site for best price including delivery costs. Cut my Plastic were the cheapest (with Good Reviews). Easy to order from great helpful website. Items arrived extremely well packed/protected. Measurement were spot on. Highly recommended.

Have made orders a few times from here over the years. some orders i.e. 12 doors, and a couple of small orders i.e. 1 or 2 doors. Have even just ordered panels cut and made to precise sizes. Every time was a easy process and fairly quick delivery by there own delivery person (which is great as I feel they respect what there delivering more, than a 3rd party delivery company). Highly recommend.

I used to have a smart meter, (now I have a thick meter) when i was with British Gas. I changed suppliers to Scottish Power just over 2 years ago. First 14 months with SP the smart meter didn't work at all. last few months it comes out with the totally wrong readings and hardly never gives usage figures that are near my actual usage. Been signing up for last 2 years to get a new smart meter fitted by SP still till today no available appointments. Only reason my account is ticking over is because I'm manually submitting reading monthly on website. Going to stop from today!!!

Very quick and good methods of posting items to them. Fair price for your items, not quite as quick to receive payment as I thought but was fine seeing's as a weekend was involved. Overall happy with process and would use again.

Good prices, dispatched item fairly quickly and item was extremely well packed. I was let down by the delivery company taking an age to get it too me without very good tracking.

Very hit and miss lately, used to be great at giving up to date info when parcel was arriving. Last delivery I was up dated after I received parcel, time before that parcel went missing. I'm starting to dread buying things when I see the company I'm buying from uses Hermes to deliver.

Yet again, great service, received plenty of emails and text messages informing me of fitting. Received a call from fitter asking if it was possible to come earlier than appoint time, luckily i just got home so worked out perfect for the both of us. Keep up the great service.

Kept informed of when and time of delivery, received phone call also when driver was near my house. Careful of item being brought into house and arrived in great condition.

Ordered bulk bag of Cotswold Chippings, over all the best supplier i could find shopping around. Cost, wait time and delivery cost. Very good prices, free delivery. Chippings arrived on day scheduled and were great quality, no miscoloured stones and all roughly the same size. Very happy, thank you Gravel Master.

Been using for a few days now and its brilliant, pretty much identical to chrome so have started using as my default browser. Glad I caught this from watching Dragons Den. Already claimed a gift voucher after only a few days. Looking forward to having Gen8 on my tablet and phone once released. Great work :)

Good prices, shopped around but kept coming back as overall price including delivery was best. Was able to choose a suitable date for delivery and it arrived on date too. Bit of a shock at how early it arrived in the morning (08.15) as where i live it always seems to be late in the day. Received phone call from driver 5 minutes away. Nice bloke very helpful with where i want the pallets put. Very happy with turf quality and condition it arrived in.

This is the second time i have used Tyres on the drive. First time was perfect, this time was good. Only reason i say good is because they arrived just over an hour late. I booked a 4 hour slot at a small cost, but they missed the window. Not a huge problem but slightly annoying. I never had any call, text or email saying they were running late, would of been nice to be informed and some peace of mind for me that they were still going to come. I waited 30 minutes over my time slot then called the helpline. I was told the fitter had run into a problem with an earlier appointment so was running just over an hour late. These things happen but just a little text, call or email would of been great just to let me know of the delay. Another option that would be good would be a live update tracker on the website so you could see when and where your fitter is currently and estimated arrival time of your appointment. Tyres fitted with no issues and all went perfectly, friendly helpful fitter.
If 1 thing could be done better it would be let people know of any delays in appointments. I Still highly recommend Tyres on the Drive though, and will use again.
