The delivery and price ok but not happy…

The delivery and price ok but not happy with the cutting as not 1 cut was at 90 degrees

ordered and paid for 2 settees and…

ordered and paid for 2 settees and after waiting in all day for a 7.45 to 11.45 delivery slot now 18 30 and no contact been trying customer services by phone ,email and web chat and nothing at all been looking on the site and good reviews about customer service seem to be from the shops not the service after !! so going back to the shop tomorrow perhaps they have a direct line to ask about my sofas

been really let down by toolstation…

been really let down by toolstation this time i guy from custemer service got in touch said was going to sort it then nothing as a long term custemer feel really let down since being contacted by custermer services said to contact them tried but every time 20 plus minite wait also suggested email sent 2 no repy . also suggested web chat but every time chat unavaiable at this time been to the shop and they say they cant contact them either so toolstation we have had the covid for over 18 month you really need to sort out the customer service dept

bought a line with a cover for a premeum price now cover has worn away in the sun in england?? for a product made in australia ???? they say to me that the product deosnt need a cover! strange that wasnt said when i bought it line is ok but custermer service ends once they have your money
