Delivery and everything was fine but was very disappointed with the samples I had to pay £2 each for. Total of £14 for mural samples to be the size of A4 paper not giving any true insight of what it would look like on my wall. Wouldn’t recommend buying samples online a mistake I won’t make again. All in the bin offering no vision of what it would look like on the wall

Quick delivery but the plant covered in slug damage and had 2 slugs on it. Also finished flowering from previous blooms so I’ve had to spend the time removing dead flowers. Felt expensive for the final product. Bought previously from roots and had a great experience, this time not so much.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I made an error in the delivery address and I called the CS team spoke to a really helpful Lady who had advised me she had updated it, I was a bit worried as I couldn't see it on my shop app so was reassured on Live chat by Flo who confirmed the address had been changed. I have found this experience easy, responsive and kind. what fantastic customer service! I will certainly use NEOM again

Really disappointed in this store annoyingly.
Ordered an item in their Sale which I thought would be brilliant and items would be available. on my confirmation email it stated to wait 15 days due to covid. 18 days later still no vase in sight. I contacted Shabby store to be told my item was on pre order and should be with me within 2 weeks I ordered this item on the 8th of August if I knew I was going to have to wait nearly a month ( it’s still not arrived ) I wouldn’t have bothered doing business with Shabby store. I was not informed at the point of purchasing my item it wasn’t actually in stock or on pre order.

I have since had a marketing email stating my item is back in stock ( going to all customers to buy) yet I still do not have my Order.

I will not be shopping with shabby store again if and when my item ever turns up

I contacted the shabby store again on the 7th September…. No response

I then contacted them on the 9th September asking for a refund which I now have

Yet no one apologised or tried to make a Mends for such a shocking service.

Not sure if you even read this review as it wasn’t really resolved when flagged… another useless response for a poor managed company.

My local Hermes Driver is always very polite and friendly to talk too. Really stuck luck with this one ! Someone needs to give him a pay rise
