Customer service is great. Upon registration, I entered the wrong address. As by default, you can't change it until after your first order, I had to send them an e-mail explaining my error. They fixed it within the same day. I could then proceed with my order and got the parcel within 6 days (incl. weekend) by Royal Mail (standard delivery option). I'm happy with the experience and will use them again.

After storm Eunice we couldn't get a Sat TV signal anymore. Family run Harborough Aerials was the only company in the Harborough area that could help us within reasonable time. They were super punctual and got the job done. They even removed a big branch that had fallen down from one of the trees in our garden. Great service and fair price!

Totally abusive prices! Keep away! I paid more than double price. I wish I had checked on the comments in here before. Dear Trustpilot: Sure most of the 5 star comments are genuine? I really doubt it.
Honestly, disappointed by both Rail Ninja and Trustpilot.

The support team is brilliant. I ordered a Volca Keys synthesizer to the UK well before Xmas and had to wait a little while. I then saw that the courier had put the parcel on hold for more than 10 days. I called music store, they picked up the phone without waiting time (not usual these days anymore) and told me that they had issues with one delivery service. I then ordered the same item again directly to Germany (where I was planning our vacation). The parcel arrived 2 days before Xmas. All good! The return of the initial order (received in January) was quick and easy. No questions asked. Thumbs up for customer service! The Volca Keys is stunning as well.

The staff is generally competent and very friendly. Apart from the waiting time I'm happy with the service.

After checking my order I found out that I had chosen the wrong cover (for a Note 10 Plus instead of the Note10). I tried to call them, but didn't get through so I e-mailed them at customer-chare (at) mobilecity.shop. Dawid answered within minutes telling me that he cancelled the order and that the payment was cancelled as well. I checked my paypal account and yes, only the new order payment was pending. So thumbs up for this one!
