Appalling service!

I placed an order for a mascara on their website on the 10th October, with a confirmation email sent to me on the 11th October confirming the item had been despatched. I would receive the item by the 25th October. After contacting this company, it seems I now have to wait until the 10th November for this to 'possibly' arrive. I won't even be in the country by that point! Bitterly regret ordering a simple item of make up from this company. How can it take that long to arrive! I can only assume this is being delivered by a tortoise who is currently stuck on a container ship between their depot and New Zealand! Avoid this company! Not even an apology from them! Shocking service!
