This is about the fifth time we have used Mattressman and customer service has always been first class

The courier could see I was in the kitchen, but still decided just to drop the parcel by the back door. Didn't even knock.

My first time ordering from Onbuy and not the last. Speedy delivery.

I wasn't at home when my parcel arrived, but my mum took it in for me, and said the driver did actually knock the door and wait.This is not a common occurrence however. Even on a rainy day and people have been in, parcels have been left outside. This was a considerable improvement.

Speed of delivery and unlike some couriers, polite at tthe door

Situation normal Perfectly happy with the footwear, but delivery up to usual poor standard. The car was on the drive and windows open, but the driver walked up to the door, chucked the bag on the floor and walked off. This will be my last home delivery. I shall collect from a participating shop in future. I appreciate it's not Shoezone 's fault, but enough is enough

Delivery was on time, and I was kept well informed when it would arrive. And the old appliance was recycled as requested.

I have only ever had one problem with an order from eil or rare vinyl and that was due to royal mails negligence. Everything arrives on time and in excellent condition. I am more than happy with the service.

The driver, and this is a regular occurrence just leaves parcels by the door even when we are at home and doesn't knock the door.

Ease of ordering and very speedy delivery

Unlike a lot of delivery firms, the driver did actually knock and wait until the door was opened.

I have purchased a few items from HMV lately and never been disappointed. Ordering is easy and delivery is always quick .

Same old problem. Shoes are fine, delivery left outside, no knock on door. I am NOT using this service again. I will click and collect. I am not ringing customer services again, either. I would like someone to contact me for a change. This is a joke too far.

The last two orders I made after complaining were delivered properly by Royal Mail. This new order was by Evri, and back to normal, just left by the door

Having ordered the item, I received several emails with it's progress, and the item arrived very quickly.

Gibsons may not be the cheapest jigsaws on the market but the quality.of the puzzles more than makes up for that. The pieces always fit together well.

We have been with Utility Warehouse for several years and have no major issues. The only time I had to contact them was when the credit on gas got out of hand. I think they should review after six months, not twelve, but that's my personal opinion.
