Speed of delivery, ease of ordering. I ordered my latest item on Friday 19/07 and received it this week morning. Extremely well packed as it was an unusual shape and size but very pleased

Shoes are fine but courier service leaves something to be desired. I saw the driver walking to our side gate having been to both doors and knocking neither. They were also late according to their time frame. This is the third occasion I have had cause to pass comment. I know Shoezone aren't directly at fault, but some communication needs to be done between the courier company and yourselves

I received messages at regular intervals informing me what was happening and when full service was working again. An excellent customer service.

The lady who served both my wife and myself was very polite. They had a good range of both men's and women's clothes. Will definitely be going there again.

The slippers are fine. My problem is the courier. The bag was left by the back door in the rain, and the driver didn't even bother to knock the door. I know this isn't Shoezone's fault, but it needs looking at

No problem with the shoes but the delivery wasn't brilliant. No knock on the door and didn't bother with the door bell either. I appreciate that isn't shoezone' fault, bit it detracts from the total experience.

By having acts that the people want to see, not cancelling people because a few snowflakes don't like it. Like the prestressed say, IF EASILY OFFENDED PLEASE STAY AWAY. These days people are offended far too easily
