Tracking information is complete…

Tracking information is complete rubbish, and live chat is probably an Indian Call Centre that has no real contact with Yodel. Telephone line, Automated answering machine only, total waste of time, needs someone who is actually employed by Yodel themselves, a real person to answer the phones. My parcel at our Local depot for over three days.

Why do UPS Con people???.

I purchased a Sea Fishing Rod from a seller in London, it should have arrived by Friday 23rd, tracking messages, each day "On the Way". Seller contacted them, "Surprise, Surprise, UPS tells him they need 8 working days, to try and find out where it is. Not bad when all packages are supposed to be scanned at each part of the journey. The point being, it doesn't take 8 working Days to check the Depot it was last scanned. I do know this because I worked for an International Delivery Company for just over 8 years, and know just how many of these "Fob Off Stories they'll feed to you". Check the last place it was scanned, and either tell the "Seller" you have found it, or admit you have lost it. It's that simple. The Seller has already give you the tracking number.

I just wish all my senders would use…

I just wish all my senders would use Yodel. Instead of a God Forsaken Company who we will refer to as "H" My heart sinks when I see their name as the carriers. But my days are great when I see Yodels delivering my goods.

Does Anyone ever read Complaint E.Mails Properly???

Contacted Ideal World when their Hermes driver delivered my parcel to an Avenue name the same as mine, Unfortunately an "Entirely" different County. I provide them with the parcel Location, parcel number, and Geo Location, as to where Hermes delivered the parcel, in 3 separate E.Mails, easy proof for them to check, but "No!", they then sent me an E.mail, "Denial of Reciept form", which I had to Print Off, Sign, Photograph, put into my computer, and return to them. Now I have to wait, until they investigate, along with a Hermes Investigation, before they act on any refund. They just love wasting "Your" time, instead of Checking the parcel Location themselves.

Waited in 2 days after Hermes sent an E.Mail

Waited in 2 days after Hermes sent an E.Mail letting me know my parcel was delayed, then sent me another message parcel had been dropped at a neighbours home number 19. Slight problem being, same named Avenue, but about 30 odd miles away, different County. Of course you can't contact them, to explain these things, and their new Robotic Answering will run you around in circles, Hermes still as usless as ever.

Car Insurance.

Considering I've never made a claim, every Insurance Company that I have dealt with over the years, always like to increase your premiums, and it's always the odd £30 or £40 increase. Now it's a case of looking around for the best offers, and Hastings have just did that. Previously I have always remained loyal to whichever Company I was with, those days have now long gone, they seem to treat us as sheep, and expect us to pay whatever they asked.
