This is excellent wax and i used it on hardwood without sealant. It gave an easy deep shine on polishing using the lathe. It is pleasant to use and comes with instructions and accessories. I had the 3 jar sample pack which is useful. This is the best natural polish that I have used.

Hyperoptic installed today. The whole process took just under 4 weeks and was painless. It did require 3 visits and the engineers who did the final work - into the home - were polite and efficient. I was asked about all aspects of the cable insertion. I am now receiving over 900Mb speed!

The lid of my bin failed. It was the spring that would not lift the lid. I spoke to Sasha and he gave some advice. However I could not fix it myself and although it was within guarantee (just) I could not find the receipt. Sasha agreed to send me a replacement. Although the bins are expensive mine still looks as new and this guarantee is great.

I sold a property assisted by Nicholas Marakis from the Chelsea office. It was a difficult ask in the present time being a 1 bedroomed flat. He found a buyer who then pulled out but identified a second cash buyer with a completion within 1 month of the offer. It was hard work for him and I had to drop the price but he kept me informed with calls at least every week. Both the buyer and myself were pleased with the deal which is difficult to achieve.

I have had 3 Macs upgraded. All with amazing results. The website deals with the complexities but it is easy to identify the upgrades specific to your computer. The upgrades came next day and the online videos explain what to do. On the one occasion that I had a little trouble slotting them in the telephone help line solved it immediately.

Excellent service and comprehensive website

This system is not quite 5 stars yet but could be soon. I previously had a maintained alarm through one of the well known companies. I was paying £400 for routine maintenance as well as a call out charge for any problems (usually around £150 each). The cost of SimpiSafe is reasonable and the on-line and telephone support excellent. The system was delivered within 36 hours and is high quality being easy to install. It is a simple system without zones and it is easy to add additional items. Almost every item is fixed to the wall with enclosed sticky pads but screws are supplied if required. Strangely the enclosed instructions do not tell you how to remove the backplates from the sensors to insert the screws - but they slide off requiring some pressure. Also there were only 2 screws with the door sensors when 4 are required! There is not yet an external alarm box available and this is a disadvantage. All that is required is a white box with ability to put a sticker on. Apparently one will be here before the end of the year although I don't see why there is a delay. There is an internal siren with the control box but I also bought the separate siren which is meant also to go outside. The box is tiny and would not be noticed on the outside wall however. The noise from the separate siren, when inside, is very loud. However I went outside and although you can hear it through the front door it is not enough for the neighbours to be immediately alerted. So I look forward to their own external siren being made available. To be fair they do give you 2 window stickies and also a plastic post with a large SimpiSafe sign to deter burglars. This is the sort of thing you seen in American films displayed outside well manicured residence lawns but is not used in the UK. The cameras are higher quality than I expected and unobtrusive. They do not have the face recognition of, say, Nest cameras but you do not need this facility inside. Both the alarm and cameras are controlled on an app. The key fobs remotes and internal control box also have a panic facility which is useful and means you not not need a panic button in the bedroom. To gain full functionality of the system you need to subscribe to the monitoring service which is £20/month. This means that if your alarm goes off Securitas will check your cameras and if an intruder is present they will call the police. However if they cannot see an intruder and also cannot contact you by telephone they will send a security guard round. This understandably is expensive (minimum cost £75) but you can opt out of this aspect of the monitoring service. If you do not pay £20/month then it seems that you do not receive alarms via your mobile phone and cannot cancel and set the alarm over your phone. This seems unfair as you may as well just have and ordinary basic alarm and rely on neighbours to hear it. For around £5/month you can have access to your cameras but no recording. So overall a great system which I think is one of the best on the market but it needs the following enhancements:

Non monitored facility with mobile phone functionality including cameras for the £5/month
