The lid of my bin failed. It was the spring that would not lift the lid. I spoke to Sasha and he gave some advice. However I could not fix it myself and although it was within guarantee (just) I could not find the receipt. Sasha agreed to send me a replacement. Although the bins are expensive mine still looks as new and this guarantee is great.
