Seamless transfer so far
Hyperoptic installed today. The whole process took just under 4 weeks and was painless. It did require 3 visits and the engineers who did the final work - into the home - were polite and efficient. I was asked about all aspects of the cable insertion. I am now receiving over 900Mb speed!
