So helpful. Second time I have ordered from Boinclo and firstly the items are genuine and brilliantly priced. Everything is sent super quick. This time there was a slight delay with Royal Mail and Leeann went over and above to ensure all was sorted on time. Highly recommended

My headphones didn’t work when they…
My headphones didn’t work when they arrived and I had to return them to my local store for a refund. The local store were most helpful but why send something out that didn’t work and didn’t connect to Bluetooth, surely a simple check?
