Quick delivery. However expensive for what it was.

Good price. DPD delivery was not fast, but got here in the end.

Took ages for pharmacy review of simple order. But arrived OK.

Ordered 400 Euro worth of storage boxes.
Only a quarter arrived.
Hard to contact to complain and nor reply at all so far.
Company chat service does not work.
Continually fobbed off.
Company reply below states they have contacted me - so far they have not.

Fast delivery

Was attracted by the rather expensive but stylish 'Supreme' range....

All went well on construction - which I did myself. Plenty of YouTube videos to supplement the instructions, which were 'average'. It helps that I am an expereinced DIY person.

The problems came after a series of storms. The clips supplied are not strong enough to hold in the (expensive exta cost) safety glass. Six panels blew out over a season, although only two broke. Also lost one of the flimsy acrylic panels, which had all become brittle after just one season.

The parent company - which is in the Netherlands but which does have a UK warehouse - could not care less - completely uniterested in my problems. Either that or they were high on something found in Amsterdam cafes.

I was rescued by the original retailer, which after a four week delay managed to supply the clips and acryclic. Had to buy the glass locally as no one was interested in shipping it. VERY expensive at €100 a piece.

What annoys me more than the design / product quality issues is the attitude - complete disregard for customers / aftersales service / parts / maintenace and so on, which is not acceptable in a product that cost over €1400 and which is supposed to last for many years.

Although it does look great, I can't recommend this company simply because the follow-up customer service is so poor. B*llocks from Amsterdam as you might say....

Package left 40 metres from house by side of road where it could easily have been stolen. When I pay for delivery to my house I expect it to the door!

Not a great experience....NOW TEN DAYS without hot food thanks to non delivery. Niot really express nationwide delivery....

Seems OK, but ElectroCity made it very hard to contact them with a complaint.

Excellent product but DPD failed to deliver next day and left the box outin heavy rain.

Helpful customer service but there needs to be an online order phone helpline...the chat did not work.

It's not good enough to say a number will be provided after you make contact with the team (what??). How crazy is that? If you place an order you need a number to call on case of problems. Its a basic facility offered by any decent online business.

Fast delivery...well built shelf unit....easy to assemble but could do with better instructions.
