A waste of money

So after waiting almost a month for a delivery even though they said 1-2 days I received the slippers.
Still haven’t managed to get them on my feet without breaking nails and bruising my fingers only to find the inner soles have become loose and the fluff inside is shredding everywhere?!
Do not waste your money on them! Absolutely rubbish

DONT ORDER ONLINE

So finally after being guaranteed one to 2 days delivery I have received my slippers 10 days later after speaking to customer services four times and numerous emails (who actually are incredible by the way) I have received what I ordered.
All I can say is I will never order online EVER again from this company

Utterly appalling

Utterly appalling! I ordered a Chocolate Brown Bodywarmer and received a Red one after waiting for almost three weeks for it to arrive. Have tried to contact Customer Service but all I get is ‘ download our app’ finally I had no choice and did so only to find YOU STILL CANNOT SPEAK TO THEM!
I have become extremely frustrated with this
I’m beginning to believe this company are a scam. DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! So absolutely angry! £34 down the drain for something I didn’t order 😡😡😡😡

A complete waste of money

A complete waste of money! My hair yesterday, put a permanent Clairol colour on it this afternoon to remove any greys yet your product has proved to be an absolute pile of rubbish ! I am going to have to go and buy another product that works on grey hair (permanent like yours is supposed to be) just to do that job properly ! your product is junk 🤬

Very comfortable but...

I bought a pair of these boots in February 2020 from Next. The comfort was great. Sadly after 4 months the sole snapped on both boots just where your foot bends to walk. Very disappointing but because they are so comfortable I just had no other option than to buy another pair. I certainly loved the sale price of £23.99. Worth that for another 4 months wear if you have absolute comfort in mind. Maybe the manufacturers can do a little more to reenforce the soles.
