Utterly appalling

Utterly appalling! I ordered a Chocolate Brown Bodywarmer and received a Red one after waiting for almost three weeks for it to arrive. Have tried to contact Customer Service but all I get is ‘ download our app’ finally I had no choice and did so only to find YOU STILL CANNOT SPEAK TO THEM!
I have become extremely frustrated with this
I’m beginning to believe this company are a scam. DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! So absolutely angry! £34 down the drain for something I didn’t order 😡😡😡😡
