Three weeks into the HRP with my brand new Osprey Eja Pro 55 and a strap snapped. The point where the shoulder strap attaches to the main body of the rucksack completely pulled out of the rucksack. This would have been a disaster but for the fantastic service from Rose at Osprey support. She arranged a new, replacement rucksack to be delivered to a campsite I would reach in a few days, allowing me to return the broken rucksack once it arrived. Fantastic service, Thank you so much! Disappointed that the rucksack failed, but can't fault Osprey's guarantee and service.
Trying to buy boots for very difficult shaped feet. Diego was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and incredibly patient. Thanks so much! It was also a pleasure to meet you :)

Great concept, unreliable and shambolic implementation. Ordered a box for myself and two of the three recipe cards were incorrect. That was just an inconvenience as I could download from the website. Also ordered a box for my elderly parents. It was delivered to the wrong door, despite clear instructions; they both have major mobility issues so this wasn't ideal. Again one of the recipe cards was incorrect. This was really inconvenient as my mum does not have access to a phone, computer or printer. Contacted customer support who promised to post out the correct recipe card. Unbelievably they still managed to sand the wrong one. For a service that is supposed to make life easier it was a huge palaver and hassle. Cancelled subscription.

Don't bother unless you're only expecting cashback on tiny purchases to be paid out. On any larger purchases, cashback is never paid, citing either that you didn't follow their guidelines to the letter, or when that doesn't wash, that they are 'waiting for the retailer'. I have been waiting for six months for cashback on a laptop and repeatedly chased it with their customer services. Oh, and don't bother complaining. They don't have an official complaints procedure. It's little more than a con; tempt you with tiny payouts but never pay higher ones.

We would advise that the affiliate networks retailers use for cashback offers who we work with do work to track all purchases regardless of purchase or cashback amount.
To help with tracking we would advise to try clearing browser data before every visit to our site and to check for any adblockers to disable these as this can also help.

Ordered a guidebook online and had it delivered to store. Took a day longer than quoted but I'd allowed an extra day fortunately (as I was only passing through on South West Coast Path). Staff friendly and pleasant.
Tried to activate their price match promise. This proved rather difficult at the form submitted via their website was ignored so had to phone them three times. Eventually established that I would have to order the item at full price then telephone to get a refund to price match with another retailer less 10%. The difference was refunded a few days later. This is a good deal but awkward to access. Delivery time was reasonable and their staff pretty helpful.
Very happy with the service. Phone perfect with UK plug (and a free European adapter). Arrived when they predicted, however the tracking details from the courier were useless. Contradictory details on tracking until the day the phone was actually delivered!
Replaced an item that broke promptly and with no trouble. Didn't have the exact same item in stock so helpfully suggested a couple of alternatives. Didn't even have to return the faulty item. Great service!
