Another fabulous purchase from P&P! A Juno sideboard to match our existing dining table. Excellent quality and price. So simple to purchase and delivery was great.

Whilst we already had the base account open in the app, the simplicity in choosing a new savings product and transferring funds in couldn’t have been easier.

Do not use this fraudulent company. Ignore the London & Netherlands references, this is a cheap junk company in China!! I ordered two pairs of ‘fine Italian leather’ loafers. What finally arrived were two pairs of the cheapest fabric ‘shoes’ that reeked of plastic fumes when unwrapped!! On requesting a full refund due to their not being leather but cheap tat, I was offered a 30% refund then 75%. In the end I raised a dispute with Amex.

First rate delivery by Stan & Bobi (Crew Dytrans 13 from the South West Depot). Timely arrival updates, faultless delivery and all the packaging taken away!! These guys were friendly, efficient and professional.

Our little Alfie is now the proud owner of two fabulous MrFluffyFriend beds!! We bought a typical foam filled bed at first, but Alfie found this too firm and ungiving, and nowhere snuggly enough!! The MrF beds are in another league. Cocooning and cosy, they mould themselves around your pup for a very comfy deep sleep. Thank you

A fantastic location for this beautifully appointed house. Various seating areas for sun or shade and fabulous sea views. Just a short walk to all the delights of Mousehole Excellent service as usual from Perfect Stays, including a courtesy call a couple of days in to our holiday to make sure everything was fine.

It always pays to ask!! We have been waiting for a moving date before ordering a number of items from this fab company. One in particular appeared to no longer exist, but a simple email query received a very prompt response from Janice! Thank you.

The most useless company (Newton Abbott) - do not use!!
Starting with the errors in calculating the required flooring and beading!! When our fitter finally arrived, he took one look at the delivery and knew straight away there wasn’t enough!! We were told that this error was one of many just that week, and when phoning the store to request additional flooring he asked the solo sales person to check all outstanding orders!! Our fitter had to come back 5 days later to finish the job. Despite ordering our flooring in July (our original choice looked nothing like it did online or in the showroom), and exchanging this at the beginning of August, we were told that we would have to return the surplus (fitter ordered additional matched trim) ourselves as their returns policy had changed…..on 31st August!! After complaining, this was collected. Whilst one refund of £63 was refunded to my card, the second refund of £149.90 apparently couldn’t be, so I was asked for my bank details plus a copy of my driving licence to confirm the billing address?!! I sent this on 04/10/22. Chasing this outstanding refund today I was told the same thing despite having sent th details as above. They are now expecting me to wait another 7-10 days!! Appalling service from start to finish!!

We won’t use anyone else for roller blinds, curtains or in this case roman blinds, and have used B2G for at least 4 homes now. Our latest Romans arrived a week early and are the usual beautiful high quality.

Excellent service from B2G as usual with our new curtains for a new home. This must be the fourth time we have used this quality company. The website is very easy to navigate and order from. You won’t be disappointed by the quality and finish of the curtains.

We were so fixed on having a Parisian blue shaker style kitchen with marble work tops, that is until we happened to walk past Kutchenhaus's Chichester showroom!! Once you have seen their Riva grey concrete kitchen you won't want anything else!! The wonderful designer/manager Paul spent a great deal of quality time with us ensuring that the kitchen worked just how we wanted it, even down to what we would actually use the sink for. Star of the show is our Elica Nikola Tesla induction hob with built in extractor. Amazing!! We have the recessed handles with led lighting. These are remote controlled as are the lights built into our display shelves, have graduated warm to cool tones and are dimmable. We also went for some wood panels to offset the concrete finish - stunning! Installation by Glen and Russell was a dream, and again attention to detail was evident throughout. We had no issues with giving the Chichester team keys to our home and letting them get on with the installation which was a clean and tidy operation even with a wall being removed. A totally pleasurable experience from start to finish with regular updates all along from Pip and Linda. Ross forensically checked everything was perfect on sign off day (thanks for the fab flowers too). Our kitchen has received so many compliments already and we are thrilled with it. Fantastic design service matched with a superior quality kitchen, a great choice of high end appliances and professionalism throughout. Many, many thanks to Paul and the amazing team in Chichester.

The entire process was simple and efficient, from payment through to receipt of the completed DBS checks. I particularly liked the notification system alerting you to where the staff were in submitting their details.
