Appalling service all round, oh and phone reception !! Have just cancelled my contract after 3 goes. Nearly an hour on the phone the first time after hearing 'put you through to an agent asap', then in on-line for nearly an hour and then concurrently on the phone for 40 minutes !! The phone 'won' in the end, but how irritating to be asked to input your name and number on-line before being put through to an agent, only to be asked all over again. Q: 'Oh, what's your favourite name (part of security)?' A: 'Darren' Q:'oh is that your partners name, how lovely....'. SOOOO please to be with PlusNet now on EE - excellent service and signal. Just got to get my husband's contract cancelled tonight now after 2 attempts and one promise of a call back that never happened after their 'systems went down'!!

Very, very pleased with our le bric coffee table ! It looks far more expensive that it was and works well with all our other furniture. The delivery guys were fantastic - they unpacked and checked the table before removing all the packaging.
