Since Sarah Green became the designated property manager for a rental of mine I have enjoyed exemplary service from Ryder & Dutton. If Sarah is not available she can be relied upon to get back to me very promptly. Because she listens carefully she can identify and solve any problem quickly. A real asset to any business.

After an initial issue with the delivery Molly looked into what had happened, got to the bottom of it and resolved it very quickly and to my satisfaction. What a change from the usual online complaint where “We’re looking into it” is familiar and means we’ll wait long enough to get you to forget about your complaint. Extremely good and friendly service from Jason. Whilst browsing he proffered advice when we wanted but did not hang around us like a lovestruck puppy. Because of that when we were ready to make decisions we asked specifically for him to assist us. He was thorough and provided us with answers to our questions honestly and openly.

Used for fit to fly test. Tests delivered day after ordering. Instructions clear and concise on how to take test, fill in certificate request and getting certificate.
All proceeded as promised with certificated test results returned in under 2 hours from submission.

It would be handy if the certificate could be in a format to move straight to Apple wallet but other than that very pleased overall.
