You ordered on the afternoon of 25th July and we dispatched your order on 26th with Royal Mail, to be with you on 28th. I can see on the tracking it was delivered on 30th, 4 days after we dispatched. I'm sorry to read that is didn't arrive as expected but unfortunately we have no control over Royal Mail.
