I've had Brightspeed 1gb Residental service for less than a month. It's down every day sometimes all day.
Brightspeed has sent three technicians and the service outages continue. It's very difficult to contact support since the support chat is only available during daytime business hours and the website support portal is useless.

Very useful technical ebooks relative to my career.

Overall - Good but one issue that needs to be fixed for USA customers.

The Good:
The Cloudways service and support has been great and will continue to use the Cloudways service and perhaps even migrate additonal hosts to Cloudways.

The Bad,
Paying my invoices often results in my credit card being blocked for fraud.
It would be a great improvement if Cloudways would use a payment gateway in the USA.

i have made 300+ purchases on Envato over the years for mostly Wordpress related themes and plugins. I am generally satisfied with the purchases however this rating for 3 stars reflects my dis-satisfaction with purchases that are removed from Envato without being refunded. A recent example is the "Coverich Editor for Wordpress" which was removed shortly after I purchased it. This was a very promising plugin with tremendous future potential that has now been deprecated by Envato and no longer available for download or update. Additionally, Envato is attempting to charge for support by reducing the support period and requiring payment for extend support even though most are coding errors or javascript library issues that should updated as WP versions are released. Needless to say, this has reduced my frequency of purchases an I now fully consider the lifetime support costs for an Envato purchase.

I have a very good experience with the staff at Mac4u.com however I have purchased quantity (3) Macbook Pro's. All were model year 2012.
(2) of the Macbooks had defects:
- one with the key 'O' that was dead. Brandon arranged shipping on the replacement.
- one with a dead superdrive. I replaced the superdrive myself since I had already installed software and didn't want to waste my time setting up all over again.
(1) macbook pro has been working fine for over a year and is my daily driver.

The Good: Very honest and pleasant staff to work with when there are problems.

The Bad: Quality control on refurb equipment needs to be better. Also, I asked serveral times to be notified when a 17" Macbook Pro was avaiable. The only notice that I have received was to give this reveiw on Trustpilot.

Very professional service and fair life insurance rates.
