Caitlin Webster called to check my report of a damaged return with me. She then sent me a confirmation email of our chat and I now have a record of the process. The delivery men arrived promptly with 3 bathroom fitting products. They called my attention to one item which had a crack in the ceramic which they could see through the handle 'hole' of the carton. They then reported the matter to their company, took photos and took the item with them to return to the retailer. The two men were so helpful and polite - I call that brilliant service!

Being able to get in touch with customer service to amend my order. Joseph Leary was quick to understand my issue and promptly sorted it.

My building cover requirements were uncommon but instead of dismissing my query I was asked to speak to an advisor. Against expectations my call was answered promptly by an agent. After answering further questions he emailed within a short time with a very good quote. I was able to speak to the same person to complete the transaction - brilliant service.

The website is easy to use and I was able to find the right cover for even less than I paid the previous year.

Scale Farm has a very good website and offers a wide range of products which are 'in stock'. I found the experience of purchasing a model truck for my grandson simple and found their prices compared well. Furthermore the pressure was on to meet his birthday deadline and the next day delivery cost was surprisingly reasonable.

i am bowled over by the clarity of Frontier's website and procedure for a no frills quote which I required for my new property. In addition the quote was affordable and I feel confident I have the cover I need.
