No telephone access to confirm simple question about policy change. Changes made online which then disappeared. Confusing process for something which should be very straightforward.

Premium quoted was nearly £50 higher than that shown by MoneySupermarket.com Disappointing. But the premium is still much better than the renewal quote from my previous provider.

One of the first insurance companies I've used for some time that offers a renewal cheaper than the previous year. Easy to set up and easier to renew. I would highly recommend.

Easy to do and no directing to other sites. The quote you are told is what you pay and you can decide to add extras. No messing around just the quote you get in the first instance.
