People dealing with my trauma were very compassionate and understanding. This meant a lot to me. They dealt with my claim very efficiently and quickly as well. I was, and still am, devastated at my loss but their support was much appreciated.

I had never considered buying a car on-line but my initial trawl of looking at prices for a new i10 N and trade-ins flagged up John Banks as way better than anything locally. Initially a bit sceptical, my research convinced me this was a highly reputable company and every aspect of my interaction with them has proved me correct. From start to finish, Marian whom I dealt with addressed any issues I was worried about and replied positively and quickly to those. I was delighted when the car was delivered exactly on the day promised and the changeover went like clockwork. I'm really delighted with my new i10, its beautiful and I love it. I want to say a huge thanks to Marian for his aftercare as well, phoning several times to make sure everything was okay and "being there" if I needed any help! An outstandingly positive experience for me and I'd recommend this Company to anyone.

Greenhouse is absolutely perfect and was assembled by two fantastic guys, Colin and Ben who did an amazing job in just under 2 hours! They cleared everything away and explained the autovent function. I'd highly recommend Halls to source your greenhouse and these two guys (via Halls) to assemble it. Already started planting up tomatoes and cucumbers!!
I purchased the tracking device for my cat only to discover it was no use at all, very unreliable. After about a week, it got dislodged from the collar and despite trying to use the "tracking system" I could not locate it to return it. Worse, embedded in the purchase is an automatic renewal which I'd not spotted and I was stung with a renewal charge of over £70.00. I could not find any e-mail confirming the charge would be made and when I asked for a refund partial or whole, the Company refused which I feel was indicative of a lack of customer satisfaction. I would caution anyone dealing with this Company who just seem to want to "box tick" and not worry about doing the right thing.

Very prompt and personal service from "George" on Saturday March18. He checked my tyres and reset the pressure sensor within minutes of arriving and would not take anything for this. He was incredibly helpful and I had no problem at all taking his advice on the state of my tyres and which ones needed replacement.

I am in my 70s, living on my own and am volunteer worker for the local PDSA. Unwittingly I overparked in the PCN car park, not realising it was time-limited. I was really upset to find I got a penalty fine of £60.00. I appealed with a full explanation of where I was the whole time which could be verified. I was doing a most worthy volunteer service and explained I had found an alternative parking place going forward. I got a one-line, semi-automatic and totally non-caring reply that they were unwilling to refund me. An awful experience from a tick-boxing organisation who clearly don't have any insight into "doing the right thing" and showing care and compassion. Shame on them.
Complete refit of the existing conservatory done in one day! Involved total dismantling of the framework, removing the old roof and replacing everything, including new windows. The end result is absolutely superb. All done in budget and incredibly quick. Highly recommend.
I have been promised 2 Amazon vouchers on the back of this review and the other, related one, but so far, despite many phone calls and repeatedly being assured I'd get these, I've not received them. I'm having to chase this up so many times after paying immediately for two different jobs, each over £10,000. This is really disappointing.

Misleading information and product quality was not great.
So first, the live show suggested this was a "special" deal on the Salter Chocolatier but I discovered the same item on multiple sites either the same price or cheaper. This was very wrong I feel.
Second, the item itself is not great. The handle is not properly fixed to the body and could actually move.
All in all, very disappointed.

Full refit of all the windows and a new door all done within an excellent budget. Malky and his team arrived on time on the agreed dates and worked steadily both days doing a top-drawer job. The end result is really fantastic - absolutely delighted. The guys cleared everything away and even vacuumed the carpets to leave the place totally back to previous. Highly recommend this company who are now going to do a complete refit of my conservatory.

This watch arrived with no documentation though it was straightforward enough. However, it also arrived not working! I replaced the battery and it still wasn't working. I'm utterly astonished this was sent out without being checked and I needed this replacement urgently. While the link person I spoke to was extremely helpful and apologetic, nevertheless, this was a very poor service I feel I received and I won't be recommending House of Watches elsewhere.
This is an outstanding company to deal with, so friendly and incredibly efficient. I've dealt with them on more than one occasion and the customer service is top-drawer. I had an error in my recent order and the full order was replaced, no questions asked.
This is where I go to anytime I want more tags for the cat - he has a habit of losing his collar so I need plenty spare!
Can't recommend this company enough and Marie Walker is second-to-none for her courtesy and efficiency - a real star!
I recently bought all 4 of the different PestOff Feeders and am really impressed with the quality of these which is absolutely superb. Easy to assemble and load with a very large capacity they are easily the best feeders I've ever seen. Small garden feeders can now visit unhindered by larger birds such as magpies and pigeons and, overnight, the small birds visit literally every few seconds in huge numbers which is a joy to see. A recent bad storm toppled the bird table damaging two of the Pestoff Feeders and when I asked if these could be repaired at my expense, Adam sent two replacement bases completely free of charge! I was astonished at how generous this was when the fault was not at all with the feeders or supplier. The customer service here is, like the feeders, the best I've come across for a long time. One-to-one, personal and rapid. An exemplar company in every way. The feeders are so good, I have ordered up another set of 4! Thanks Adam...you are a real star!
Having researched various options, Steve was by far the best offer for the pens I had to sell. Communication was fast, efficient and courteous and the payment made very quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending this seller.
I'm vegetarian so the options for me a bit more restricted. Also, I have an issue with some of the cheeses used which really hasn't been well handled. The meals are mixed with some being superb, others not. The actual preparation of the meals can take longer than suggested but the outcome is very close to what the illustration and description both say. I am not 100% convinced about the value sometimes and I find the "rewards", so-called, seem to be "tied" to other things and not true rewards.

I recently purchased a 4 for 3 offer on Arnica gel which arrived very quickly I may say. Unfortunately, my client was unable to tolerate this, possibly due to sensitive skin. I was resigned to having to bin all the gels but when I let Physique Management know, I got a very rapid reply from Caroline Paxton (Customer Service) to say they would be willing to accept and refund the three unopened gels. I was really surprised and delighted. Caroline was absolutely superb dealing with this, incredibly efficiently and courteously and made it so easy. I welcome the chance to acknowledge that she is a star! Thanks Caroline and I recommend Physique Management unreservedly.
I bought a set of Ice Diamond Tower Pots at a cost of about £60.00 in 2020 and extended the guarantee to 2030. Until recently, they have performed excellently but about 2 weeks ago, I spotted a blemish on the middle pot which I photographed and sent off with all the correct details of purchase. These pots are always washed by hand, never used at high heat nor are metal utensils used so they are very carefully looked after. The submission triggered a series of incredibly frustrating e-mails, the content of which was clearly scripted and semi-automatic. Despite this from them: "Our QA department has reviewed your complaint along with the images provided and concluded your pans non-faulty due to a manufacturing defect" they concluded: "I have spoken to the spares team and unfortunately we do not have any spares in stock currently so we would be unable to offer this as a gesture of good will. I appreciate this won't be the decision you had hoped for, and for this, I sincerely apologise." I've made it clear to Tower that I feel very angry at this shoddy treatment of a loyal customer and I won't be buying from Tower again. My advice is to be cautious about this so-called extended guarantee and its validity.
