Very clear website making choice of worktop easy. Ordering process clear and easy to use. Order to dispatch very quick. Communication first class and delivery tracking good. Delivery company careful and carried worktop into the house placing where I wanted. Oh, and worktop great quality. Will use Top Worktops again.

Glasses Direct provide many superb options but the website easily guides you through to ordering. Pay in three very useful at times. Super quick to delivery. Glasses and lenses with various coatings great quality. Ordered prescription sunglasses with great discount and free second frame.

Website easy to use and to book. All completed quickly. Needed to sort out cabin booking alongside another car booking and telephone contact sorted quickly too.

Breakdown in communication halfway through. Initially saying both frames not available and advising cancellation of Klarna. Thought that was the end. Two weeks later completed glasses with both frames as ordered were on their way. In between time Glasses Direct tried to get me to reorder different frames which would have ended unaffordable.

Very impressed with the products. I ordered three small shield trophies and one large conical trophy for our Kinsgwood Fun Dog Show this year. Looking forward to handing them out with the rosettes.
