This is the 5th tv I’ve bought from Richer Sounds over the last 10 years or more. Normally I visit my local Norwich store, but this time opted for online as I doubted being able to transport the tv home. The choice and information given online was what persuaded me to go with what I did. The company used to deliver were spot on, no damage and kept me informed of its progress all the way up to point of arriving on my door. Had a query regarding a connection issue but one email and a response with in a few hours had it all sorted. Highly recommend these guys.

The driver was polite and unlike Amazon he actually waited for the door to be answered. He apologised though as the packaging was severely damaged, both physically and by moisture. Which would not of been so bad except, it was cat litter! and one of the 12kg bags had been pierced so a lot was lost and then loose in the box.

Very polite and attentive staff, answered all my questions and demonstrated my new watch perfectly.

Being asked to arrange a Will and LPA for a loved one is never comfortable. After contacting Town & Country Law, which I found via a google search. Bethany the consultant was very considerate and understanding, spoke with me over the phone and put both my wife and I at ease. After they had spoken with the applicant direct, he too felt very relieved that finally an issue he had secretly been worrying about for a while has been sorted. The process was simple and stress free. I would highly recommend a call to these guys for getting things sorted. I did visit a local company first, and quite frankly they shocked me with a price that was eye watering and for what they offered was far less of a service.

Called out the guys to unblock my sewer, appointments were available for when it best suited myself. On the day was kept informed with ETA. Serviceman arrived but unfortunately due to my drain being a shared he was unable to perform any unblocking as it wasn’t covered by my insurance. How ever he did show me and explain what I needed to buy if I wanted to DIY, and also informed me of who to call in future which I did. So so helpful and I’m great full for the professional service I received.

A course that can save lives. Having been put forward to participate in the first aid course it opened my eyes to just how little can make such a big difference. I was slightly disadvantaged due to different a broken wrist the week previous, how ever the instructor done her best to include me and aid where needed. She made the group feel welcome, no question felt a silly question and always answered in a professional and polite manner, and all the time keeping you focused and engaging with the group.

High speed competition offers some great comps but the payment method is so complicated it's beyond prehistoric. Tried to purchase on my phone, chose my bank
I then had to log in to my online bank via a browser but it won't let me as it defaults to the app. Tried logging in manually but then it won't recognise the link so when I do get logged in there is no payment requested. Tried again but using my ipad,I got a qr code which had to be scanned to take me to payment, but how when it's on the screen of my ipad that I'm using! Tried with my phone but same conflict between App ans browser logging in. So unfortunately no sale!, What happened to using credit card , Google or apple pay or even PayPal?

A simple procedure to order on your nhs app, and get your medication delivered to your door. No chance of missing out or forgetting because as soon as it’s time to re order you are prompted with messages and notifications to re order. Even with all the postal strikes at the moment I ordered my most recent prescriptions and they were delivered ahead of time.

Hard to tell the quality of the flowers due to the fact Two out of Three deliveries arrived completely battered, one with 40 mixed bedding, the other with 40 geraniums. My Hermes delivered them to start with UPSIDE DOWN! and both were heavily battered and as always, no way of contacting them! The first to arrive were the hanging baskets and they survived and are growing nicely, the second were the Geraniums which were so badly smashed I phoned the Sutton’s help line to which was told we have to refund you as sold out. Last to arrive were mixed bedding and again basically arrived as a box of jumbled and smashed soil containing roots, broken stems and empty plug trays! Didn’t even bother phoning this time, just chalked it up as a bad idea and won’t be using them for live plant deliveries again, well until they can use a reputable courier who understands the meaning of “fragile, live plants and this way up”.

Found TheVisor shop while searching for a tyre supplier, and they come up trumps with the tyres I wanted in stock and offering a next day delivery service. I placed the order around 9am, and tyres were delivered next day as requested. Not bad for a company based in Northern Ireland delivering to the east coast of Anglia. Emails were answered promptly and delivery details were kept up to date. Would highly recommend these guys and will be using them in the future.

Had a mobile fitter arrive bang on time to replace all four tyres on my wife’s car. Got straight to it, taking care did not damage any of the gloss black alloys (which I was concerned about) and was done in about 40 mins or less. Great service, had a tyre pressure fault come on popped to the local KF centre and they showed me the reset button (which after 5 years never knew existed) and all’s perfect. They had the best price fir the tyres I had and from booking to fitting was less than 36 hours at my convenience.

First time ordering glasses on line. The website was easy to navigate, simple to search for specific frame types and sizes. Straight forward to enter your prescription and what can I say, ordered on the 11th, wearing them on the 18th. And all with out having to leave the house. Was after some everyday glasses and with so many affordable frames it’s an ideal one stop shop.

I will be honest I had never heard of these before, but was googling to find a particular item (Circulon stainless steel sauté pan). Search came across Millys, and they had them not only in stock but it was £23 cheaper than direct from the retailers main website. Ordered late evening on 16th, arrived before lunch time on 18th, very well packaged plenty of information on the courier and kept up to date. Would use again, specially as their prices seem far cheaper than anything local to me.

Had a few items from Circulon over the past year. The products are faultless and really good quality, the only reason I didn’t give a 5 was for a mistake in an order that resulted in the wrong items being received and the customer service was impossible to get hold of, as most were working from home. Finally turning to social media I finally got a response and the issue was resolved without extra fuss. I now have a full set of matching stainless pots and pans, and a complete set of matching oven trays that perform brilliantly and so easy to clean even with baking on the Yorkshire Puddings. Will only buy Circulon from now on.

What’s not to like it’s basically free money. In a year I’ve earned over £130 in cash back, no special buys just items I would of bought through certain websites and comparing insurance etc as I would of normally. But it’s money in my bank that I wouldn’t of had if I wasn’t using Quidco.

Just had our local ovenclean franchisee around, it’s the first time using them. One word “wow”! My double oven is 10 years old and looks like it was fitted yesterday. Very polite, quick, efficient and maintained his social distance and came fully ppe’d up. Highly recommend to any around the Great Yarmouth and Waveney districts.

Having placed several orders over the past 6 months or so, I have to say customer service has not faltered in this period even with the pandemic. All items arrived with in 48 hours tightly packaged safe and secure so big thumbs up there. Items purchased were the autumn kit which has 5 items (4 for car care and 5 lts of screenwash) I think was extremely good value and very impressed with all the products I've used. The winter kit again a multiple item bundle, and the Blu snow foam. Lastly I just bought the foam cannon and damn, that thing is built to last with added bonus of some free sample yellow snow foam (although this was limited) once the weather breaks i will get full use of. Would I use these guys again? yes definitely as everything I've bought has impressed me, its been well packaged and delivered quickly, what more could you want. They cater for the weekend enthusiast like me and also sell bulk for the pros, to be honest if I had the space I would buy it in bulk and save a few quid.lol

I have used FFX for several items over the past year and the service has always been spot on. Everything I’ve bought has been as advertised and after a lot of searching have found to been the best price even with postage costs on top. Website is easy to search and the selection of tools will suit anyone’s needs.

I’ve been using Quidco for a year now, most purchases I’ve made have gone through and after a year have over £120 now built up, that may not sound much, however these were purchases that I would of made anyway no special buys. All you do is look through Quidco search for either specific companies or general items like jewellers etc and you will get a list all showing various percentages in pay back. Takes a few minutes and hey presto you earn from your first purchase.
