Having placed several orders over the past 6 months or so, I have to say customer service has not faltered in this period even with the pandemic. All items arrived with in 48 hours tightly packaged safe and secure so big thumbs up there. Items purchased were the autumn kit which has 5 items (4 for car care and 5 lts of screenwash) I think was extremely good value and very impressed with all the products I've used. The winter kit again a multiple item bundle, and the Blu snow foam. Lastly I just bought the foam cannon and damn, that thing is built to last with added bonus of some free sample yellow snow foam (although this was limited) once the weather breaks i will get full use of. Would I use these guys again? yes definitely as everything I've bought has impressed me, its been well packaged and delivered quickly, what more could you want. They cater for the weekend enthusiast like me and also sell bulk for the pros, to be honest if I had the space I would buy it in bulk and save a few quid.lol
