The driver was polite and unlike Amazon he actually waited for the door to be answered. He apologised though as the packaging was severely damaged, both physically and by moisture. Which would not of been so bad except, it was cat litter! and one of the 12kg bags had been pierced so a lot was lost and then loose in the box.
