Won’t use again, 1 of 3 deliveries survived! Used My Hermes couriers!!

Hard to tell the quality of the flowers due to the fact Two out of Three deliveries arrived completely battered, one with 40 mixed bedding, the other with 40 geraniums. My Hermes delivered them to start with UPSIDE DOWN! and both were heavily battered and as always, no way of contacting them! The first to arrive were the hanging baskets and they survived and are growing nicely, the second were the Geraniums which were so badly smashed I phoned the Sutton’s help line to which was told we have to refund you as sold out. Last to arrive were mixed bedding and again basically arrived as a box of jumbled and smashed soil containing roots, broken stems and empty plug trays! Didn’t even bother phoning this time, just chalked it up as a bad idea and won’t be using them for live plant deliveries again, well until they can use a reputable courier who understands the meaning of “fragile, live plants and this way up”.
