Some of the Evolving skies packs looks like they were resealed or had been tampered with when opened. Two packs contained no rares at all! Ofcourse this was very hard to tell until i had actually opened the pack. Am dissapointed to say the least. Doubt i can do anything about it now or if magicmadhouse will even care.

Extremely happy with our new Georgian bar windows and door. Windows look stunning beyond our expectation. Everything has come together wonderfully. Fitters and team delivered and delivered. Can not fault Eaton Home Improvements. Do not hesitate to get a quote or use Eaton Home Improvements. They know what they are doing and they do it smashingly well. Can instantly feel the warmth in the house. Would recommend without hesitation.

Asked customer service before purchasing products of the quality of the said items.

Was given assurances that ALL their products are genuine. Out of trust on this information I buy the products they arrive quickly.
But to my astonishment it turns out they have sent me a FAKE non-working copy of said product.

I sent an email to report my disbelief and disappointmemt. They only email replied back after I went into store to claim a refund (typical).

I'm sure this isn't a common problem but it's put me off buying anything from them again. Sorry CeX, this experience left me in bad taste one less customer for you.

Made two purchases the first of which arrived late, 3-4 days overdue(I requested next day delivery).

For my first order (a wireless network card) I personally rang the courier service they use (UPS) to find reason for delay because dabs didn't bother informing me at all, after this phone call the item was delivered within hours without any notice... Am also still waiting for a refund (next day delivery refund) for which I rang dabs and requested for nearly 2 weeks ago.

My second order for a monitor did not get delivered at all due to the delivery driver having difficulty finding my address.

After ringing up dabs yet again i had to query them as to why I wasn't informed of the drivers difficulty finding my address even though I've left both my phone and email with them. I was told that they were 'behind with their emails' 'holiday delays' etc etc. I've requested through a phone call/online a full refund (Inc shipping cost) for this undelivered item. The female on the phone I spoke to seemed genuinely sympathetic and helpful.

I have been very patient and am waiting for dabs to resolve these issues with me, if you are reading this dabs please get in contact with me as soon as humanly possible so we can get a conclusion to this.

I'm sorry to have written such a review but I'm extremely dissapointed my hard earned money i spent on your products has resulted in this situation.

Goods were delivered on time, couldn't ask for more.

There was an issue with delivery on a product, however a quick phone call and a few queries later OC UK resolved this issue :) I was given a shipping refund and i didn't even need to ask, thankyou OC UK!

They do have competitive prices and a speciality market as such, keep that in mind when you purchase from them. But rest assured their quality of service/products, choice and dedication to delivering fantastic products is second to none.

My first shopping experience with Scan, and i couldn't be any happier. I'm typing this up using most of what i bought from their online store.

Thankyou for the wine voucher even though i'm non-alcoholic, i would've prefered something i could use on some of the fantastic tech you have available :)
