Not the most reliable retailers.
Asked customer service before purchasing products of the quality of the said items.
Was given assurances that ALL their products are genuine. Out of trust on this information I buy the products they arrive quickly.
But to my astonishment it turns out they have sent me a FAKE non-working copy of said product.
I sent an email to report my disbelief and disappointmemt. They only email replied back after I went into store to claim a refund (typical).
I'm sure this isn't a common problem but it's put me off buying anything from them again. Sorry CeX, this experience left me in bad taste one less customer for you.
