No delivery

No delivery. Waited all day for delivery - nothing. No notifications from them. Latest tracking info just says left courier facility yesterday. Delivery was supposed to be today. Not happy.

Update - 14 July. Apology received from DPD and delivery details given for later today. Thank you. Reassuring you read these comments !

I know Evri gets a bad name but like…

I know Evri gets a bad name but like everything it all varies. We are very lucky to have a driver Paul that always delivers parcels carefully, shows up when he should and always pleasant.
On the odd occasion when I have had a different delivery driver they have been the same. I do appreciate this

These gummies make a big difference

These gummies make a big difference. I ordered a pack a while ago but never started them. I didn’t realise but I had inadvertently ordered another pack a month later. I advised Ankhway to stop subscription but I would keep extra pack.
I am SO pleased I did. Started them approx ten days ago - made an amazing difference. I have more “get up and go” more enthusiasm to get things done and am sleeping better. So I will be re-ordering. This is a true review as I come on Trust pilot to check reviews myself and it has been helpful.

So far so good

Just taken out car insurance with Darwin. Done through Go Compare. Not cheapest but reasonable quote with everything I wanted. Easy to get everything sorted online.
Early days but hoping all continues well.

Insured with Direct Line for several…

Insured with Direct Line for several years for car and home. Always helpful adjusting premium to help. When I had car accident 5 years ago(not my fault) my car was written off. They were so helpful and I only have praise for how it was all dealt with.

I do not know how you have any 5 star…

I do not know how you have any 5 star reviews as all I can read are one star. My pasties no show too (order 76123) can not reach you by phone/email/messenger. I would like pasties or refund or at very least an explanation. Do not confuse this company with Cornish Company who are excellent. If I hear from you will happily change my review. If not I am taking this further.
Update - 5 Dec 2022
I contacted Paypal a couple days ago and got refund confirmed instantly. Had email today from company saying bakery had not sent them out enough pasties in their order and offered to send them in a week or get refund. I decided to stick with refund !

Order well overdue and no news

Wilko - stop using Evri.
Email from Wilko after paying and ordering to say some items missing but order with Evri
Evri email to tell me delivery on 26 Nov at 17.30. Had email later from Evri to say not being delivered now until next day. Still not delivered. Despite several emails no reply and tracking shows they have parcel so why not deliver it or explain?
Very bad service from both

Update on 17 December
Received call and email from Wilko customer complaints apologising and offering 20% discount off next order. I do like their merchandise but would def not buy from them online again. Would have to go into store. Unless they replace delivery company

Delivered on time in good condition by pleasant driver
Update 2 Dec. I think this is all down to individual drivers and luck of the draw- my last house had many deliveries from same driver who was lovely. Moved here few months ago - had 2 deliveries from driver no probs. They changed driver and now on same day my daughter and myself both not had parcels delivered (coming from different companies but through Evri)
Been missing over a week. Had email saying it was about to be delivered then told it would be next day then nothing. So if i rated them at the moment would be 0. I have obviously bern VERY lucky in the past !!

Invite from Range for my experience. It would be nice uf you could sort out bashed damaged late item W11387413 as I asked 6 days ago and not just tell me it has gone to customer care who will not reply. I have sent photos and told you what happened. Why can you not reply. Unfortunately I have another order ftom you on the way. Not holding my breath.
Update 05 Oct.
Received email asking when pics could be collected - gave you 3/4/5 Oct. Still not collected and no word from you
On the plus side had sideboard delivered today without damage and on time. So why can you not sort out 2 pictures?

Dreadful service .Had 2 pictures…

Dreadful service .Had 2 pictures delivered earlier that should have arrived yesterday. Both damaged, one quite badly. As per yr advice tried to contact you. Having rang 3 times to be told I was 27 in q then 26 then 25 then ……nothing just music for the next 40-50 mins. Each time the same. Send us a message you said - how ????? Message does not work. Ordered sideboard from you yesterday but think if this is your delivery/customer service methods I would rather cancel the order.
Update 27 Sept. No information

Can you please sort out this mess W11387413. Request 793982. Or I shall have to cancel my sideboard order.thank you
