Order well overdue and no news
Wilko - stop using Evri.
Email from Wilko after paying and ordering to say some items missing but order with Evri
Evri email to tell me delivery on 26 Nov at 17.30. Had email later from Evri to say not being delivered now until next day. Still not delivered. Despite several emails no reply and tracking shows they have parcel so why not deliver it or explain?

Update on 17 December
Received call and email from Wilko customer complaints apologising and offering 20% discount off next order. I do like their merchandise but would def not buy from them online again. Would have to go into store. Unless they replace delivery company
