RM Stole a laptop

Someone at RM Stole a laptop i had sold, its been 3 months now since i submitted a claim and no compensation at all, advised the claims team is 3 months behind, not 30 days like they claim, I have had to refund my customer and take the cost of the laptop on top of this theft by them, I am over £500 out of pocket, I have submitted receipts/proof of postage several times, I keep having to ring up but nothing ever gets solved, This is legal theft.

I ordered a sim only deal when it…

I was able to cancel straight away as the sim didn't give me the data speeds. Refund was issued through webchat.
Can't complain over customer service with 14 day money back guarantee. Just a shame the data was slow.

Charged me £10 for 400mb of data for 1 day whilst still within my payasyougo allowance. Over 2 hours on the phone and unable to get anywhere. This is theft. Totally disgusting.

Paid £1.50 for incorrect letter size…

Paid £1.50 for incorrect letter size and now my letter hasn't been delivered. Tried to call customer services. There is a 5 minute wait. After 30 minutes I gave up. You are not fit for purpose and a waste of time Royal mail.

Hi, as you are probably aware, demand for these items remains higher than current stock availability, therefore, when we, or any other retailer/online seller, lists/offers these items for sale, there will be many more people attempting to purchase the item, than the stock that is available, it is specifically for this reason, that we operate a queue system, to ensure customers experience on site is what we would expect and allows customers opportunity & time to view the options available, place the item(s) in their basket and complete the checkout/order process, rather than allowing upwards of 50,000 people, all on site at the same time, making the site slow or unstable, for all users, which could lead to frustration and disappointment

Lost my recorded tracked item

Lost my recorded tracked item, tracking says accepted at post office, rang number for missing tracked items, voice recognition doesn't understand me , got my partner to try and same result, now on long delay speaking to somebody, absolute waste of time and very angry.

Just watched a DPD Driver take a photo…

Just watched a DPD Driver take a photo of my works building which i was stood outside awaiting on his delivery, he then drove off and i got a text saying nobody was in... liars!!!! and its happened before (Not sure where my previous review has gone stating the same thing?)

Update 2. Got another delivery slot , waited outside and nobody turned up all day, 2 days later still no delivery or failed text - consignment returned to sender with no contact details (confirmed with sender package had contact details) Nobody has contacted me as per the reply i got here)

3 Months later still no Internet

3 Months later still no Internet, cant work from home, daughter cant do her Uni course, ruined my year and now 40 minutes on hold listening to xmas music. (Some people dont celebrate xmas or just like me hate it) already wound up and not even spoke to anyone.. sham of a company - AVOID At all costs, they use to be alright but utterly shocking

Messed my home move up

Messed my home move up again, booked a day off work so engineer could get us online, nobody turned up, phoned plus net who said there was a "delay" on the work, no apology, nobody bothered to let me know, they don't care my daughter is going to fail university now as we are waiting for an unknown time. I Asked about a sim card as a workaround but nobody has bothered to reply to the 2 emails i have sent, been on hold for ages many many times. Very disappointed
