Best Price Quoted & Outstanding Customer service

I had an issue with payment from one of the garages that collected my vehicle, Cartakeback contacted them straight away, was apologetic and rectified the situation immediately, I would highly recommend using this service to scrap an older vehicle, the quote i got was much better than local garages, I was able to get through straight away on the phone also. Very Professional and will recommend to others, Thank you!

House move failed

House move failed. Nobody bothered To let me know. Had to wait another 2 weeks for a new line to be fitted. Just now a text came through that the date has been put back again. No apology . Rang to try and get through and was just past from agent to agent and then placed into the dont answer cue. Children need internet for college. They have left us over a month waiting for a house move. Unacceptable
