The delivery team were very informative and polite. They phoned and said they would be with us in less than an hour and was here in about half an hour. Put both chairs together and tested them and was gone within half an order. Thumbs up to both of them.
Not tell people to be in for delivery when it is left on the door step. This item should have been signed for

In the last 3 weeks I have had to throw 5 sour pints of milk away. I have been with Milk & More for about 3 years with out problem but since Lorraine left the milk is warm on the door step and goes sour in 2 days. When I e-mailed customer services I never got a reply even though I was told they would contact me in 3 days so I tried there online chat. they wanted the code and batch of the Milk who knows what these are when I told them I had no idear what these were they cut me off. So in my anger I canceled all further orders.
