Sour Milk again

In the last 3 weeks I have had to throw 5 sour pints of milk away. I have been with Milk & More for about 3 years with out problem but since Lorraine left the milk is warm on the door step and goes sour in 2 days. When I e-mailed customer services I never got a reply even though I was told they would contact me in 3 days so I tried there online chat. they wanted the code and batch of the Milk who knows what these are when I told them I had no idear what these were they cut me off. So in my anger I canceled all further orders.
