I ordered an iPad Air at a very good price. It arrived in about two weeks, well packaged. I see the reviews here are mixed, but all I can say is that everything was fine for me.

Yet again, when printing out my postage label, the software altered the destination post code to mine (the sender's). This has happened to me before on multiple occasions. I did not notice on one occasion, meaning that my parcel's delivery was severely delayed as it bounced around ParcelForce's network and distribution centres for days.

This time, I managed to speak to a Customer Service Adviser (though on the pre recorded options list there is no option that covers this sort of problem). She advised me to later the postcode by hand on the label and, importantly, she would message the relevant distribution centre (presumably so that this is picked up by hand and not just automatically processed via the barcodes on the label linked to the wrong postcode). The Customer Service adviser told me that she had had exactly the same problem as me, so this is not 'user error' but clearly a fault in the software that needs urgently fixing.

My watch arrived very quickly, was as described and well packaged. Very happy!

Switching was very easy.

Quick to answer my queries, but some staff need more training in ingredients. Asked what dishes were ok for someone with a mussel allergy and was told paella fine. Ingredients chart that was emailed me showed it contains molluscs which mussels are.

Very easy to book and pay. Engineer phoned ahead to check ok and was very polite and efficient whlist on the job. Would definitely recommend.
