Sometimes unfortunately sizes are random😕 ...the same L size sometimes fits me and sometimes doesn't at all ... that makes me not really be able to purchase online trousers or pyjama bottoms 🤔😕 ...otherwise, there can be some cute stuff to buy at primark

Awful company

Awful company. Way too many visits. They would "VISIT" you all year long ...🙄🤨 Theor great "careers " are to bother you and visit you constantly when you are a tenant... a bullshit company that does nothing for you...no improvements, no better options as a tenant...nada....

And I say it as an architect graduate...a bullshit are their careers and companies...!!!! We are so unhappy that fill the age of 37 and my husband 39, we just worked a whole a lot for years, for practices that just destroyed your life and we do not even have OUR OWN HOME...and they do careers to bother you all say long and improve nothing... I know people who have never been bothered !!! Some lazy creeps they employ that constantly come and weanken about my own personal stuff and belongings, opinionated about my stuff,my furniture, wtf is all this??? Who the heck needs these ones coming and talking about my stuff every time...some crap the whole thing!!!! An ass company!!!! With trashy low bottom behaved people pretending careers and managers and crap...!!!! One would like to just get rid of them and have its own house!!! They are horrible and annoying...I should have a "career" too and go and opinionate about their crap choices in their personal houses no?!???? Omg 😱 😒🙄

Unhappy about these ones...Well

2 pregnancy vits, ...going like this: 😒😮‍💨

Unhappy about these ones...Well, first of all their site was giving me multiple times errors when trying to register my payment details and make my payment, and it was keep on voiding my inputs. Then they have sent my prescription on a wrong address, although i have updated my details a day before they have even started to reprocess my prescription 🙄 ...sent them emails for a few days about these errors and the wrong address processing, no answer...tried to call them, nobody answering.. and the system was not solving my problem in any way...😒 ...wrote back to the gp, another email and phone calls... annoying the whole process.... (to be honest, after 20 years of studying and working for years in that architectural and construction field, and not even having our own home at the age of 37 and 39, ...I do not need plus homeworking and dozens of emails and phone calls me to have to give for every little thing!!!)

Then they are expensive, and also they are slow in deliveries and processing my prescription...so literally I needed some vitamins D and folic acid and they need days for it, when amazon is sending my order on a next day delivery! 😒🙄 ...or I could just buy all at the supermarket down the street 🤔😒... (annoying after trying to have even our first child for more than 3 years now, and after 2 ectopic pregnancies...all this mess)🫤😟💦

I am not going to AMEND people from another city, in London, from a rental in which we are not living anymore, when we live in sheffield for years now.

First of all why is that one can not speak with anybody in regards to my orders???? Your load of work has nothing to do with me...I could have litterally bought my vitamins from amazon with NEXT DAY DELIVEY!!!! And not waiting for weeks and days for you doing nothing!!!!

Secondly, your stupid system and website says that I can set my delivery address for the right one, before the order...I have done that. AND YOU DECIDED AGAINST ME PUTTING THE RIGHT ADDRESS THAT YOU SEND MY ORDER THAT PROCESSED FOR DAYS ON A WRROOOOOONG ADDRESSS!!!

You ate IMORAL, AND UNETHICAL!!!! Tou should send my stuff accordingly and not make me problems and STEAL MY MONEY!!! You anyway have higher prices than the average prices which shows you HOW IMORAL YOUR COMPANY IS!!!

GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, since you do not act acvordi gly and send my stuff on the correct address on top of you having such a stupid company that you do not cover your FAULTS and you want to take my koney FOR YOUR IMORAL BEHAVIOUR and MISTAKES.

We are sorry to hear you have been unable to get through to Pharmacy2U when needed.

I would like to reassure you that we are committed to rectifying these contact barriers and ensuring more availability online and over the telephone.

If you do have any social media communications, we do offer contact via Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. These platforms are overseen by the complaints department and responses are usually provided within 24-hours. (Excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays). We are also shortly expanding onto WhatsApp.

Over the last couple of weeks, we have been working on developments in the background, which have caused some intermittent issues impacting some patients' abilities to place orders through our app. Our IT department are working incredibly hard to fix this matter.

Having reviewed your account, I can see that you have since spoken with our team again, and a replacement order has been raised.

It appears the address issue occurred due to your account being created in 2018, and we held a different address for you at that point. If the address was changed online whilst an order was in place, then it will not update the live order. It was too late to amend the address when we received your email.

Please be advised, that Pharmacy2U does require patients to place requests for medication a full 7 working days before it is required, when doing so we do ask patients to consider the weekends and public holidays as we are non-operative over these periods.

Although we may have times when we can be efficient and deliver orders within a few days, there may be factors that prevent this in the future such as delays with our external parties. We do need to consider the possibility of a delay with our manufacturers, couriers, or NHS practitioners.

I will ensure your experience is logged as a complaint and these complaints are collated and subsequently provided to the directors of the business for review in their monthly meetings.

Again, we offer our apologies for this situation.

Thr most horrible custom service I have ever seen...from a woman constantly not understanding what I say and pretending that she doesn't get my complaints about having my energy going off in the middle of the day, till asking me "evidences and photos" from the house .... meanwhile I was off with the Internet, almost no battery on my phone and she was keep on mumbling that if I do not send her photos from inside the house AS SHE FREAKING DICTATES ME, she will not register my emergency and not having electricity in the house. If I could change this company NOW, I would do it in a second...!!!!! Did she bought me a freaking phone with a camera and we do not know, so that me to start to do pics from the inside of the house now...just for registering that I DO NOT HAVE ELECTRICITY!!!! ? What is up the heck with all this?!!! I DO NOT WANT TO SEND ANY PICS. END OF STORY. I WANT MY ENERGY NICELY RUNNING. 😩 and my complaints registered...not to be kept on the phone for hours and being left with not even my phone 🔋!!!! Cacao company!!!!

An awful company

An awful company, ....is not doing too much for you the one that is renting...more like just bothering me on a yearly basis with stupid not needed communications...they are disrespectful....nor apologising ever for bothering you...a pity company...OK?!

They have been told that I am not available for their phones and emailing cas I have been sick for 3 years in a row...with 3 miscarriages, out of which 2 that put my life in danger and I had to be hospitalised and had a surgery also...and they still do not understand to call my just husband ...phoning me, then him, then again me...a mess in their heads, bothering me at the end of the day for no reason!!!...they have I do not even know how many phone numbers...calling you from diverse unknown phone numbers..these "representatives" women keep on calling you, talking over you, leave you endless phone numbers you to chase them...I mean a disaster are these "managers" ...keep on talking over me, rude, fighting with you for no reason...who needs such a service?!!!! They send you emails, than they call you on top to bother you about the same stuff they wrote in the emails..I really think they are bored in those offices, do not have a proper life of their own and think that bothering others makes them quality in any way...pathetic!!! Can't wait to get rid of them and have our own home!!!! Very hard!!!! 😒🙄😵...

Some horrible people, angry and hostile!!!

Some horrible people, men shouting and being totally disrespectful....angry, raging and hostile...these ones came to a neighbour in woodseats, to take the furniture, and they started to scream and shout on the street under my bedroom and housing...I asked them to keep it lower, and they started to become aggressive and rage to me, and to come and shout in my face...not keeping any distance, any respect...nothing!!!! I had to call the police and make a complaint about them....when I said that I will leave them a bad review they started to scream and rage...

I can't even understand who needs such a service, men screaming to a woman, and being threatening!!!! So had to call the police and complain. In a private proper residential area, such a disgusting thing would not happen cas nobody calls such people out for any jobs!!!!

Many items are not being sent in the promised amount of time...so next day delivery or in 2 days deliveries are not really happening many times...then why would i pay prime deliveries??? Bought 2x cute reindeers for Christmas, and they bought have been sent with crooked and broken antlers ...feeling very disappointed...also the delivery company left the parcel in the recycle dirty bin rather to leave the parcel in the BIIIIG BLACK PARCEL BOX!!??? I paid premium amazon delivery, left note on the door for safe place and they took back my parcel to their depo! I paid extra for next day delivery on amazon and I did not got the parcel, and it was food for MY BABY FINCH 😖😫🐣....

I was home all along and nobody knock at the door eather...my husky is always barking when someone comes and nobody knocked at the door...
