Unhappy about these ones...Well

2 pregnancy vits, ...going like this: 😒😮‍💨

Unhappy about these ones...Well, first of all their site was giving me multiple times errors when trying to register my payment details and make my payment, and it was keep on voiding my inputs. Then they have sent my prescription on a wrong address, although i have updated my details a day before they have even started to reprocess my prescription 🙄 ...sent them emails for a few days about these errors and the wrong address processing, no answer...tried to call them, nobody answering.. and the system was not solving my problem in any way...😒 ...wrote back to the gp, another email and phone calls... annoying the whole process.... (to be honest, after 20 years of studying and working for years in that architectural and construction field, and not even having our own home at the age of 37 and 39, ...I do not need plus homeworking and dozens of emails and phone calls me to have to give for every little thing!!!)

Then they are expensive, and also they are slow in deliveries and processing my prescription...so literally I needed some vitamins D and folic acid and they need days for it, when amazon is sending my order on a next day delivery! 😒🙄 ...or I could just buy all at the supermarket down the street 🤔😒... (annoying after trying to have even our first child for more than 3 years now, and after 2 ectopic pregnancies...all this mess)🫤😟💦

Firstly, I'm sorry for the delay in responding to your email. We are experiencing unusually high levels of contact at the moment and we're sorry this has impacted your experience with us.



Unfortunately, we are unable to amend the delivery address on the current order as this has processed too far in our system. I have amended the delivery address for future orders, however we would advise you to contact the current residents of the previous address regarding your order. If you are unable to retrieve your medication please speak to your GP for a new prescription or if its an emergency please contact 111

....my answer to them and my opinion about them!!!!

I am not going to AMEND people from another city, in London, from a rental in which we are not living anymore, when we live in sheffield for years now.

First of all why is that one can not speak with anybody in regards to my orders???? Your load of work has nothing to do with me...I could have litterally bought my vitamins from amazon with NEXT DAY DELIVEY!!!! And not waiting for weeks and days for you doing nothing!!!!

Secondly, your stupid system and website says that I can set my delivery address for the right one, before the order...I have done that. AND YOU DECIDED AGAINST ME PUTTING THE RIGHT ADDRESS THAT YOU SEND MY ORDER THAT PROCESSED FOR DAYS ON A WRROOOOOONG ADDRESSS!!!

You ate IMORAL, AND UNETHICAL!!!! Tou should send my stuff accordingly and not make me problems and STEAL MY MONEY!!! You anyway have higher prices than the average prices which shows you HOW IMORAL YOUR COMPANY IS!!!

GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, since you do not act acvordi gly and send my stuff on the correct address on top of you having such a stupid company that you do not cover your FAULTS and you want to take my koney FOR YOUR IMORAL BEHAVIOUR and MISTAKES.

Thank you very much FOR YOUR SHIT SERVICE AND NEVER AGAIN I WISH YOU TO SEND ME ANYTHING!!!!! 🤙👈🙄🫤😖

We are sorry to hear you have been unable to get through to Pharmacy2U when needed.

I would like to reassure you that we are committed to rectifying these contact barriers and ensuring more availability online and over the telephone.

If you do have any social media communications, we do offer contact via Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. These platforms are overseen by the complaints department and responses are usually provided within 24-hours. (Excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays). We are also shortly expanding onto WhatsApp.

Over the last couple of weeks, we have been working on developments in the background, which have caused some intermittent issues impacting some patients' abilities to place orders through our app. Our IT department are working incredibly hard to fix this matter.

Having reviewed your account, I can see that you have since spoken with our team again, and a replacement order has been raised.

It appears the address issue occurred due to your account being created in 2018, and we held a different address for you at that point. If the address was changed online whilst an order was in place, then it will not update the live order. It was too late to amend the address when we received your email.

Please be advised, that Pharmacy2U does require patients to place requests for medication a full 7 working days before it is required, when doing so we do ask patients to consider the weekends and public holidays as we are non-operative over these periods.

Although we may have times when we can be efficient and deliver orders within a few days, there may be factors that prevent this in the future such as delays with our external parties. We do need to consider the possibility of a delay with our manufacturers, couriers, or NHS practitioners.

I will ensure your experience is logged as a complaint and these complaints are collated and subsequently provided to the directors of the business for review in their monthly meetings.

Again, we offer our apologies for this situation.
