First time using this company I must say service was excellent from website usage to delivery 📦
I lived in Italia for a few years with my husband it was our dream but sadly I lost my husband 6/12 ago
So Italia holds a special place in my heart ❤️ the thing for me was Paul & Ang had experienced the life of this wonderful country but what really made this special was on receiving my order there was a hand written note on my invoice ! It’s those special little things that makes it personal to you and you’re not just another customer! It’s the attention to detail & that personal touch! That sadly many companies now days seem to lack. So thank you 🙏🏻 Paul & Ang x

Quickness delivery 📦 easy to use on line website & just all round service!
On downside is the gift 🎁 box price is overpriced!, should be included in the price or at least reduced please 🙏🏻
Apart from that I will definitely order more & pass the word of mouth 👍

Excellent service from these guys

Excellent service from these guys. Easy to order they even tried to deliver before I could take delivery. Once I could I was given a date and they delivered on time. They set up the sofa and took away all the packaging (for a small fee which I didn’t mind, saved me the job!) excellent service. Sofa itself was reasonably priced and for what we wanted was fantastic. Thanks again

Changed the return system, although it is still free it is no good if you don’t have a printer! Please go back to the normal way 🙏🏻

Recommend this company

I have to say this was very easy. It is just off the airport but the shuttle gets you there without any problems in a couple of minutes and the check in desk was well manned and we got served in about 5 mins. The car was better than I expected and was clean and in very good condition with only 18000 km on the clock. I would recommend taking pictures of the car including mileage both on collection and return just to prove no damage and always take out the insurance in the U.K. With axa for peace of mind. On return the car park is always busy but we found a place and handing back the keys was fine. I would definitely recommend this company when in Rome although we did not have any breakdowns or accidents so can't comment on their service in such an event.

Poor customer service

Booked through a comparison website and thought this would be at the same office at stansted airport as the other on site car hire companies I'd used before. However on arrival was picked up by a mini van that I had to load my bags into and then driven to a portacabin near to premier inn just on airport. The yard where the cars were was untarmaced and potholed with large puddles everywhere. Inside the portacabin it was cramped and after handing over paperwork I was handed a form to complete with my credit card details on it including the cvc three digit code. When I said I was not giving them the code they just went 'alright' and said there was no need to do so. Well if that's the case why do they need it. I paid by chip and pin so no need for the cvc. I asked about security of the forms and was told they had loads of cctv. So that's ok then! When asked about petrol and did I want to pay the £30 for a tank of petrol I said no. After a few other questions I was asked for my pin to pay for the rental. It showed £30 on the screen. When I asked why it was £30 I was told oh sorry that's for the petrol but you didn't want that. The correct amount was then put in. On leaving the hut to get the car I was then told it would be 10 mins. As I stood outside in the cold I saw another user get their car which had a flat rear tyre. I me too we it to the driver who then told the staff who used a portable pump to pump it up. I wonder how far he got before it needed replacing. The next renter complained they had been waitin over half an hour for the car and when it arrived it had a large hole in the seat.
Best of all was when I asked about returning the car at 5am. I was told that they were not open then and I should park the car in their yard and give the keys to the security guard at an adjacent site. Asked how I get back to the airport I was told to walk to the hooray inn or premier inn and catch their bus!! Oh we'll never again. Ps I booked through holiday rentals so be careful.
