Avoid this company
What can I say. Terrible experience.
Firstly kitchen worktop arrived damaged.
Company would not replace but would repair so collected it and provided time slot to re deliver.
Came home from work to wait but failed to deliver within time slot so returned to work.
They then delivered 30 mins later but no one was home.
Had a text message to say they would return within an hour. Returned home. Never came back.
Telephoned to explain but unsympathetic.
Re delivered week or so later but person fitting worktop was on holiday so stored worktop unwrapped at home for three weeks.
When unwrapped found it damaged again.
Refused to refund or replace saying I have had item three weeks and should check for damage within 2 days.
Beware signing for any item as company say you are signing to say item is undamaged. All delivery staff say is ‘sign here’.
Company do not care less, just want your money.
Having now read the reply and given the opportunity to amend my review it confirms how poor these are.
No mention of a reason for failed delivery within timescale.
I would urge customers to insist any delivery is unpacked and fully examined prior to signing. You are NOT told this. Just told to 'sign here'.
Once they have your money they simply dont care.
