Firstly, my call was answered very quickly (no queue). Maisy was very helpful, provided information on what she was doing, why she was doing it, how long it would take and calmly handled my enquiry. She also explained what would happen next. I felt very reassured that my claim was in good hands. The proof will be in the pudding, so to speak, as to whether the claim is accepted but the call handling was very efficient & empathetic.

Once again we received great service from Rocaba. We are a community shop where costs are crucial. Swift delivery in our restrictive ‘hours of opening’ window & great value bags are why we keep returning. Thank you again.

It's very reassuring to know that our property is monitored 24/7 and the support received this week from Verisure has been fabulous. Using a variety of communication methods means you are always in touch/always know what's going on. Staff who contact you by phone are extremely helpful and polite. Would recommend the whole monitored package to anyone.

Prompted by an email from Compare the Market, I was offered the opportunity to update my details and look for quotes for this years car insurance. The options provided looked attractive and I chose one to examine further then signed up! So the sign-up process was very easy ... hope the policy is just as good.

Taking out the policy was relatively easy and the price was reasonable too. Hope I don't have to use the insurance .... but feels as though I'm in safe hands!

The monitoring centre was 'on the case' when they called us to advise of movement from the garage camera but that we needn't worry as the movement was a spider! Great to know that the team are constantly watching.

Easy to deal with (past orders are stored so you can easily repeat but products are easy to find in any case), easy to pay and great delivery service. The carrier bags we buy are good quality too!!

Firstly, we feel very reassured knowing we have a monitored alarm and are happy with the features recommended by the Verisure expert who visited our property. Secondly, the methods of abling/disabling the alarm are varied (mobile phone, key pad, token) which makes using the alarm system very flexible. Lastly, the swift response (when the alarm is triggered) from the monitoring centre is excellent! Couldn't ask for any more!

Firstly, the small selection of mirrors was not daunting and the price of what looked like very good quality items was superb. Eventually I was ready to order and the customer service team were really helpful answering questions regarding delivery. In fact, they helped me amend the delivery address (to my parents home) when I got the house number wrong!! Delivery was on time and as expected and the mirror itself is superb. It's not on the wall yet but everything was well packaged and seems to be there (screws/pivot mechanism etc.). I'm very happy with my purchase.

Choosing samples is easy and they arrive really quickly. I got three during the 'order two, get a third free' period - what's not to like!

Having a day and a time is really important as our community shop isn't open every day and only between certain hours so being kept informed from the point of sale through to the delivery is really important. Excellent service!!

The engineer who came today was excellent. He quickly assessed the problem, found the issue & implemented a solution. Not only that, but he also spent time ‘walking the job’ explaining what he’d done & why and then he ensured the boiler was operating in accordance with the Hive app. Very thorough! And he was also a very nice guy. A credit to British Gas.

Called in to the branch so that the experts could look at the tyres to make sure the right one's were ordered (rather than me order the wrong one's). Fitting was very quick - next day. Very happy.

Easy to order, good communication, speedy arrival and, although I haven't used it yet for one of the items, I know it’s an easy returns process (which is why I ordered through Next).

I’m really pleased with the clothes I ordered too … the beautiful Hot Squash jumpsuit particularly. I’m delighted to be able to get so many items in a petite fitting and trying at home with different shoes is very important to me.

Great online ordering process and delivery options. Delivery was on time. The paint (Combicolor) is excellent - the colour is as expected (matched to a Little Greene shade) and coverage is amazing on my outdoor furniture.

Have been looking for a replacement blue garden table & chairs for a long time and had dismissed the Emilia as it was rectangular and not round. However, I'm so pleased with the purchase ... the colour is perfect, the table and chairs are high quality and the price was very reasonable. Added to that, they look great in front of our property. Delivery was by ArrowXL who were great at communication and their drivers were excellent!

We have been customers (or perhaps I should say ‘guests’) of David M Robinson for over 40 years and quite honestly, wouldn’t go anywhere else for jewellery. Yes, it’s expensive but the quality of the products & the service received is exceptional. Every member of staff makes you feel welcome whether you are just making an enquiry, purchasing an item or taking in jewellery for a repair or valuation!

The overall experience oozes ‘luxury’ and the newly expanded Altrincham store is truly amazing. The elegant, light filled showroom is like being in a first class airline lounge - with a bar/dining area, a design area displaying the drawings for some of the collections AND…. the icing on the cake …. a unique opportunity to peek into the goldsmiths workshop where you can see items being made/repaired. What a genius idea to move the goldsmith workshop to the ground floor!! We felt very honoured to be invited to the (re)opening event and to be given the opportunity to have a closer look in the workshop & talk to the goldsmiths.

Due to unfortunate circumstances, I have visited the Altrincham showroom many times in the last 12 months initially being helped by Sue (who had the patience of a Saint) and more recently, Rachel. who is an absolute delight to work with. Her warm personality & attention to detail blend perfectly, making the whole selection and purchasing process highly personalised and pleasurable. I love all my new pieces, especially the very beautiful opera necklace Rachel identified after listening to my requirements.

It was also a pleasure to meet Jackie and Jenny who contributed to making my most recent purchase very special.

It was very easy to complete the documentation (although as a returning customer, I was surprised that not all information was already pre-filled). However, it was quick to complete and comprehensive. The price was excellent. I guess the proof will be in the pudding, as they say, should we need to claim but I was very happy to return to Avanti and with the price.

Easy to find a design I liked and then easy to personalise. The best part of all, it's sent by post straight away!
