I cannot praise this company highly enough in terms of quality of carpet, free samples of carpet swatches, quick turn around time from placing order, excellent communication at all times, great value for money for quality items, and lastly, the quality of the packaging to ensure the rugs arrived in tiptop condition.

I shall definitely be ordering from your company again, and have already recommended to family and friends.

This is the second bed throw that I have purchased from Dusk. I really like this company. The goods arrive well packaged and without having to wait very long between placing the order and delivery.

I purchased the Montpellier throw in putty for a spare bedroom. It looks and feels very stylish and luxurious on the bed and I couldn't be happier with it. I have bought bedding from another well known high end store in the past which has cost considerably more, only to be disappointed that it didn't maintain its good look.

I would definitely recommend this product. Absolutely lovely. I think I might be buying one for my daughter's house as she has been admiring mine!! 🙂

I ordered two bonbon jars, one for a present and one to keep myself. I have filled mine with sweets for Christmas and it looks beautiful.

They are very nice quality and they arrived within a couple of days.

I have placed several orders with Madeleine and the quality of their clothes is generally good and their styles are a bit different. However, unlike most companies where you will receive your order within a few days, this company takes weeks or even months.

At the time of ordering, the company doesn't give any indication that certain items will be delayed. They just accept your order without items being available. I placed an order on 13 August for two items, one of them was delivered but I have waited and waited for the other to arrive. I have today (15 November) checked my order status to find that the second item was cancelled with no communication to me via email to notify me of this situation. I think this is really poor service and I am reluctant to use this company again.

Considering the high price of these clothes, I would recommend shopping elsewhere.
