Poor communication and follow up.
Sadly, not good this time. Has been in the past. I choose a pair of glasses, sent my prescription, marked the box on size as don’t know. As I’m a returning customer, I expected my size to be record. There was no further communication from GD until the glasses arrived, apart from a notice to say they were on the way.
The glasses were way too small for me! I used the form enclosed with the glasses to tell GD this. I get an email telling me how to find my size on my old glasses. Unfortunately, it’s too worn to be read.
So that’s it! Where do I go now? In the meantime I’m struggling with old prescription glasses.
GD has been good n the past but the value for money has gone now and customer communication is abysmal.
I have emailed asking for a full refund so I can obtain glasses locally
