I have purchased at least four packets of tea…, .followed all instructions…absolutely no weight loss..frankly it’s the Emperors clothes…for me at least..

Unable to make contact….lines always too busy..

Wrong tel no on despatch note….kept waiting 10 minutes, so gave up…wanted to request info on expensive dress where zip only went halfway! Dress arrived very creased and ‘cheap’ looking..
Why is a company like Whistles unable to give better customer service? Hope not going same way as Pure Collection..ie imminent Admin!?

Unable to [process my payment even after 30 minutes repeatedly checking details

Completely dreadful experience only made better by the agent I was obliged to telephone as unable to process the payment...she was patient and had she not been I would not have continued with the booking.
I would also add that the recorded message selling gift cards were a total distraction and annoyance and resulted in pressing the wrong 'number'.
Pretty pathetic monetarywise that have to pay for a Boarding Card..usually used BOOKING.COM. should have...

After much indecision

After much indecision, so many lovely taps, decided to purchase this French style’ one as replacement for my ancient similar style in France..so true description.
Despatch was so immediate that was unable to change delivery address, so very politely told due to payment rules I was unable to do so. Other than that ,super service, not yet received as DHL as ever let me down as didn’t inform me of impending delivery until I was out.

Rarely have to wait long on phone, somehow app and online doesn't work for me?? Staff always polite, kind, helpful and obliging.I have quite a journey to get to Bourton on the water but always worth it with super fun Paula as instructor.

Disappointed at having to pay full price on item that three weeks ago was discounted..didn’t see if there was a limited time so may be me!
Very annoying having to speak to a robot before being transferred to very helpful real person. Hey ho..cost me an extra £16..

Not really much to say other than I applied and sent my £60..received the pack whilst in France. Took the test upon return, posted it on Monday as in the two day time.Today received a positive result. Wednesday . So quick and efficient. Wonder why the price is so high but all the other companies are too so must take into account amount of clinicians involved.
